I write about business failure. My purpose is to draw the right lessons from my mistakes and develop a system for applying those lessons. Writing makes that process clearer. The readers, if there are any, may also draw benefit from these lessons.
I ran a roofing company for four years. Than I bought 4 online businesses in 12 months and it turned out… poorly. Two of them died. I still run two 7-figure ecommerce brands. They’re doing… subpar. So I have a lot of material to write about. I write these case studies anyway to get clarity in my own mind as to what happened, what I learned and how to apply it. I hope you get something valuable from it too. If nothing else, perhaps it can be a macabre form of entertainment for a few sick folks.
